We recently set the limitation that experience start and end times must be within the same date to account for a number issues regarding creating schedules. It seems like this is overly limited and prevents merchants from offering experiences that go into the early morning (e.g. 8pm - 2am). We'll need to add back this functionality in a way that doesn't cause the original issues.
